About

Who we are

Blanch’s Bus Company and Brunswick Valley Coaches are proudly committed to providing essential bus transport in the Far North Coast of New South Wales. From humble beginnings, Blanch’s Bus Company and Brunswick Valley Coaches have evolved to become major bus operators serving communities in Byron Bay, Ballina, Lennox Head, Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads and Ocean Shores.

We operate a fleet of over 50 buses and coaches out of three depots, providing not just urban and school bus transportation but reliable and competitive charter services for events, festivals, schools, social clubs, and other recreational groups.

B & E Blanch originally established Blanch’s Bus Company in 1976 and acquired Brunswick Valley Coaches in December 2009. ComfortDelGro Corporation Australia (CDC) acquired B & E Blanch in May 2019, and appointed its subsidiary, CDC NSW, to manage both companies.

CDC NSW also operates Hillsbus and Forest Coach Lines in Sydney, as well as bus lines in regional cities under the branding of Blue Mountains Transit, Hunter Valley Buses, CDC Broken Hill and Forest Coach Lines on the north coast.

Since 2005, CDC has enjoyed the privilege of serving Australian communities by connecting people and places. CDC prides itself on creating strong partnerships, delivering best-in-class service to our customers and is committed to improving public bus transport in every way possible for the benefit of local communities.
